The Gyrasol PanUmbra kit allows for the configuration of a kinase or phosphatase assay using researchers own substrate and enzyme of interest. Suitable substrates include peptides, lipids or DNA molecules that can be labeled with any fluor and can be used for single or multiplexed assays.
Description
This kit contains reagents sufficient for 400 enzyme reactions (15 μL) to be performed in a 384-well plate format. For kit contents and required materials not supplied, refer to sections 2.0 of the Product Insert.
